Prior to joining VMA, Mr. Kaull was the Vice President of Operations at Center Street Capital, a private equity firm wholly focused on investing in commercial real estate.
Prior to joining VMA, Mr. Orea worked in music production & graphic design.
John D. Tundis
Prior to joining VMA, Mr. Tundis worked in marketing, sales, television news production and the restaurant industry.
Manny Badoni joined Martinez & Associates, Inc. investment group in October 2015 . Prior to joining VMA Manny worked in the customer service industry for 7 years, while attending Cal Poly Pomona full-time.
Adrian Garcia has been with VMA since October 2017. He obtained his CA Real Estate license in 2018 and has finished his BA at UC Riverside in 2019.
Jonathan Mikhail has been with VMA since April 2018. He obtained his California real estate license in 2018 as well. He is currently finishing up his BS in Civil Engineering at UC Riverside.
Marketing & Transaction Coordinator
Kimberly has been with Martinez & Associates, Inc. as the Marketing & Transaction Coordinator since August 2017. She obtained her California real estate license in 2018.
Ramon Sauceda joined the brokerage team in July 2018. Prior to his move to the brokerage team, Ramon worked with the park management side of VMA since August 2016 as a park manager in Corona, CA. He obtained his California real estate license in 2018.
Mina is one of VMA's newest members, having joined our team in November 2019. He has high goals and is hopeful he will obtain his CA Real Estate license by the end of 2020.
Kianna is the newest member to the VMA team, she began her career with us in February 2020. Kianna is currently in school and hopes to obtain her CA Real Estate license by the end of 2020.
Our sole mission and goal is to continuously analyze our clients’ real estate portfolios and maximize revenue. One of the ways we do this is by looking into additional income streams by increasing our clients’ positive cash flow, real estate holdings, and overall wealth.
